WHO WE ARE

WHEN YOU BOOK A CALL

The booking form asks for your name, email address, and optionally your company and topic, plus the slot you choose. We store this in our booking database and use it for one thing: arranging and holding the call. You get a confirmation email; we get a notification. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before a contract. We keep it as ordinary business correspondence for up to five years (the general limitation period for claims), or delete it earlier if you ask.

HOW WE COUNT VISITS

Our own measurement stores aggregate counters only — a page, a day, a number. No IP addresses, no identifiers, no individual records of any kind. It cannot recognise you and needs no consent.

COOKIES AND OPTIONAL ANALYTICS

By default this site sets no cookies. If you accept them in the cookie dialog, we additionally use:

• Google Analytics — counts visits and where they come from.
• Google Ads conversion measurement — tells Google whether an ad click led to a booked call.

Both are loaded only after you agree — the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. Your choice is stored on your device, and you can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

WHO ELSE TOUCHES THE DATA

The site and booking database are hosted with Cloudflare; booking emails are sent through Purelymail, our mail host. Both act as processors for us and see only what is technically necessary, including the standard server logs any hosting infrastructure keeps.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy; you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent with effect for the future. Email hello@parksoft.dev — we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; for us that is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
